The facilities were clean and luxurious. I found the staff very accommodating. hoang was helpful with local recommendations. he checked in with me personally every day. the doorman was also very helpful, and both were very good.
my first impression was the large lobby, but the room felt small.

the staff were friendly, that definitely. i also liked that the location was great and easily accessible. the room was comfortable (not too small, thankfully) and spacious.
the room i had didn't include a bathroom door, quite awkward. there were also flowers and a card addressed to another guest in my room. i was charged for minibar items i didn't consume, unexpected and a bit frustrating.

the laundry service was convenient , though nothing lovely.
i requested a quiet room and was assured i would get one , but my room faced a noisy street. traffic sounds persisted late into the night , disrupting my sleep. this was frustrating , especially after emphasizing my need for a nothing noisy.

I had a really comfortable stay there. the breakfast included fresh options, and i found the coffee satisfying. the staff were friendly. They made extra effort to ensure i felt looked after. the rooftop views were fantastic, especially from the pool and gym.
I noticed the pool size was somewhat limited, with a small number of beds available. it might get crowded during peak times. I wish there were more loungers available by the pool.
